Advantage Plastics has been meeting and exceeding customers manufacturing needs for over 40 years. Our 20,000 square foot facility is located in Louisville, KY.
We operate 21 presses ranging from 22 to 500 tons daily. We have the flexibility for short run prototyping and the capacity for high volume production.
How We Do It
Our Molding Options include Insert molding, Over molding, Hot runner, Semi-auto and automatic.
We welcome short-run / low-volume production quantities utilizing quick-change MUD (Master Unit Die) Inserts.
We use a wide variety of engineering grade and commodity grade plastic materials, as well as color matching. We can assist the customer in choosing the right material for the application at the lowest cost possible.
